The firm has a team of trained professionals providing public relations services to leading MNCs and local blue-chip companies. It is led by Managing Director Babar Ayaz, who is also the founder of the firm. He brings with him three decades of media experience during which he worked with Sun, Pakistan Press International (PPI), Business Recorder and Dawn. He was also the Pakistan correspondent of Depthnews (a feature service of the Press Foundation of Asia), The Hindu and Frontline (India).
Other key people in the Mediators team are Zal Noshirwani, Director Client Services, who has over 28 years of varied industry experience; Adarsh Ayaz, Director Documentaries Productions; Dr. Samia Khan Babar, Director Healthcare Practice and Conferences; Dr. Syed Asif Iqbal Hashmi, Media Manager, Healthcare Practice; and Syed Abid Ali, Senior Clients Service Manager & Special Projects.
Mediators has worked closely with Government and public sector organisations including the Board of Investment of Pakistan, Privatisation Commission and many other organisations. It has also worked for IFC, ADB and the World Bank. In the case of the corporate sector, it has worked on corporate, brand as well as CSR public relations for leading clients like Unilever, Monsanto, Philip Morris, ENI,Shell, MCB Bank, Karachi Stock Exchange, Export Processing Zones Authority, GlaxoSmithKline among others.
